Practice that stays.
Studio Aino is a small yoga studio in Helsinki Kallio. Small groups, genuine instruction, slow pace.
Who this is for
Three very different people share one thing: they want a practice that meets them where they are.
For you who have tried yoga at a gym.
A big group, music too loud, the instructor doesn't know your name. At Studio Aino groups are maximum ten people.
For you who want genuine instruction.
You can feel when something is off, but nobody corrects it. Here the instructor sees every practitioner.
For you who are looking for consistency.
Practising once a month changes nothing. We want you coming back week after week.

Who instructs
Aino Mäkinen is a RYT-500 certified yoga and pilates instructor. She has been teaching groups since 2016 and opened Studio Aino in 2021. The reason: she wanted to teach in small groups the way it should be done.
“I want everyone who comes to class to leave feeling seen. That does not happen in a group of 20.”
Aino Mäkinen
Yoga and pilates instructor, founder of Studio Aino
