The starting point

The visitor does not know what to ask for

There was no site at all. The offering covers engraving, 3D printing, surface finishing, scanning, and the repair of broken parts. These are technical terms rarely familiar to buyers. A plain list would have left visitors guessing whether their problem fit the description.

What the work focused on

The site starts from the visitor's situation

The front page highlights four practical client scenarios based on what the visitor holds: adding a logo, repairing a broken part, applying metal coating, or duplicating an object. Technical methods are introduced as answers, leaving method selection to the expert.

The site defines operational boundaries clearly: project size limits, minimum viable batches, and material compatibility. Inquiry paths split based on whether requirements are already clear. Texts were drafted from scratch and the design was engineered to work seamlessly without relying on professional stock photography.
