Terms of Service

These terms of service govern the website services provided by Digitale.

Scope of service

We deliver a custom, conversion-optimized website according to the agreed scope. The service includes strategy, content, design, technical implementation, and launch. The services included in the monthly fee are defined by the plan you choose: Upkeep or Development.

Payment

The build is invoiced according to the agreed pricing after the site is published. The monthly fee begins at the start of the launch month. Payment terms are 14 days net.

Intellectual property

You own the content of the site, including the text, images, and logo. The technical implementation, the codebase, the hosting project, and the CMS project are service infrastructure managed by Digitale. When the contract ends, you can be given a copy of your own content and media.

Limitation of liability

Digitale is not responsible for the contacts that come through the site, their quality, or their number. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services such as Vercel, Sanity, or Resend.

Termination

You can cancel the monthly agreement at any time. The service ends at the end of the current billing period. The launch fee is not refundable after the site is published.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes are communicated to the customer by email at least 30 days in advance.
