Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to website services provided by Digitale.

Scope of service

We deliver a custom, conversion-optimised website according to the agreed scope. The service includes strategy, copywriting, design, technical implementation and launch. Services included in the monthly fee are defined by the selected plan, either Basic or Growth.

Payment

The launch fee is 1 499 euros and is invoiced after the site goes live. The monthly fee starts from the beginning of the launch month. Payment terms are 14 days net.

Intellectual property

The customer owns the site content, including text, images and logo. The technical implementation and code structure are the property of Digitale and are included in the service during the monthly plan. Upon contract termination, the customer receives a copy of the site source code.

Limitation of liability

Digitale is not responsible for enquiries received through the site, their quality or quantity. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services such as Vercel, Sanity or Resend.

Termination

The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. The service ends at the end of the current billing period. The launch fee is non-refundable after launch.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to the customer by email at least 30 days in advance.
