A clear process from planning to launch
There are five phases, each with its own milestone.
The order isn't random
Each phase's decisions are locked in before the next one starts. Nothing has to be redone, and the previous phase's result is always the next one's starting point.
Planning & structure
I start by working out who the site is for, so I build it for the right audience.
Content & copy
Well-written copy helps both visitors and search engines understand right away what it's about.
Visual design
The look is built from the same building blocks, so the site's design stays consistent and looks good.
Technical build
The site is built with modern technology, so you can update the content yourself without needing a developer.
Launch & upkeep
The site is published for everyone to see. After that, I'm always reachable whenever you need help.
Frequently asked about the process
Typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on the site's scope. How quickly I get materials and feedback from you also affects the timeline.
That's not a problem. I write the copy for you based on what you tell me about your business.
Yes, but the earlier phases then need to happen on a tighter timeline so the later phases have the foundation they need.
Yes, you can change tiers at any time after launch as your needs change.
You can comment on the site's structure at any point in the process. If a request falls outside the shared structural model, we agree on it separately as custom work.
The new site fully replaces the old one. Old URLs or redirects aren't carried over automatically, but they can be added as separate work if you need them.
Changes are billed hourly with a 30-minute minimum. Anything larger is always agreed on in advance.
